A straightforward application designed to verify the real-time status of your phone's internet connection over the network, ensuring that you are genuinely online and able to access the web.

This tool proves to be invaluable for conducting swift and repetitive internet diagnostics. Given that numerous phone internet applications rely on caching, it can be challenging to ascertain with certainty whether your phone is solely connected to a 3G or Wifi network, actively transmitting and receiving data, possessing correct DNS registration, or facing potential connectivity issues such as expired contracts resulting in blocked internet access by your mobile operator.

Unlike basic connectivity checks that confirm network registration and IP address assignment, this app goes a step further by actively attempting to send and receive data from an internet pool, validating the effectiveness of your internet connection, ensuring accurate DNS registration, and accomplishing this process in as little as 1 second.

The app's inception can be traced back to my personal experience dealing with ADSL issues at home, where unstable SNR led to intermittent connection losses despite being connected to Wi-Fi. Regularly refreshing web pages was insufficient due to cached content, leaving me uncertain about the alignment and reliability of the DSL connection. Frequent disconnections often resulted in poorly negotiated DNS settings, prompting the development of this intuitive tool for rapid verification of online status.
